Founding principal Noreen A. Dillman is experienced and accomplished at handling a diverse range of Elder Law needs. Prior to entering private practice in 1995, she was employed by the Internal Revenue Service from 1987 to 1995 including three years as an Estate Tax Attorney. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, the only organization accredited by the American Bar Association for specialization in elder law. Attorney Dillman is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Connecticut. Her combined legal and tax experience enables her to interpret complex legal issues for her clients.
